Professor K. Kremalis holds the title of Supreme Court Attorney at Law and has a longstanding teaching and research expertise on matters related to employment, social security and healthcare law in a national, European and international context.
He is the author of various teaching books as well as numerous scientific papers published in Greece and abroad. He has been involved in legislative preparatory committees for labor, private insurance and social security law reforms (e.g. Law 3029/2002 introducing the Occupational Pension Funds) and for advisory support to various Ministries, Associations and Organizations.
He participates in international scientific councils (e.g. AEIP) and in EU programs regarding the employees’ mobility within the Community. He has been selected by the European Commission (Structural Support Office), following a tender, for the “Codification of Labor Law in Greece”.
He has drafted the required legal documents for four large Occupational Pension Funds, and he is already involved with the introduction of Pan-European Occupational Funds in Greece.
